participated in the Information Technology Service Management Foundation - 2.0 | T-ITSMF course. The course provided a comprehensive overview of essential IT service management practices, including the importance of ITIL, Kanban, Kaizen, and the Theory of Constraints.

I learned about the integration of service and business strategies, the application of good service management practices, and how to adapt these practices to meet the specific needs of an organization. The course also highlighted the importance of continuous delivery and continuous improvement of services, as well as the need for flexible management that can adjust to the company's culture and goals.

The concepts covered were well explained by Uncle Adriano and provided a solid foundation for understanding how to implement and optimize IT service management processes. I look forward to applying this knowledge and contributing to the improvement of IT services in my organization.

From the beginning, the course was structured in a logical and easy-to-understand manner, making learning an enjoyable experience. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and always available to answer questions.

They managed to make complex ITSM concepts understandable and applicable, which is a testament to their teaching skills. The course material was comprehensive and up-to-date, covering all aspects of ITSM. The case studies and real-life examples were particularly useful for understanding how theory applies in practice. Furthermore, the online learning platform was intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to learn at my own pace and review the course material when necessary.

This ITSM course exceeded all my expectations, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in deepening their knowledge of ITSM. It is a worthwhile investment for professional development.
