Before detailing the types of subscriptions and products available, it is important that you understand how billing, cancellations, and your rights work. Our goal is to ensure transparency and make your experience with PMG Academy as smooth as possible.
At PMG Academy, we offer different subscription options to best meet your needs. Below, we detail the main types of subscriptions and products available on our platform.

Note: some courses, such as ITIL 4, require mandatory purchase of the exam along with the course.
You can cancel the recurring charge for your subscription directly within the PMG Academy platform by navigating to: My Orders > Subscription > Click on “Deactivate” your subscription.
After deactivation, you will no longer be charged unless you manually reactivate the subscription.
Please note that the cancellation may take a few days to be processed by the payment systems, so keep an eye on your billing history.
If you deactivate the recurring payment before the end of the paid period, you will continue to have access to PMG Academy until the end of that billing cycle.
If you wish to request a refund due to regret, please contact us at co*****@********my.com within 7 (seven) days of purchase.
To confirm if your recurring subscription is deactivated, please check the billing details in the “My Orders” tab within the PMG Academy platform.
You can reactivate the recurring billing at any time. Upon reactivation, your previous payment amount — including any discounts — will not be guaranteed.
We keep your activity data for up to 12 months after account deactivation. Therefore, if you reactivate within this period, your data will be available, including:
After 12 months, all your history will be permanently deleted.
Based on the Consumer Defense Code, which establishes consumer rights and obligations, PMG Academy details the situations in which a customer may request a refund within 7 (seven) days after purchase, as provided by law:
“Art. 49. The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of signing or receiving the product or service, whenever the purchase or provision of products and services occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.”
By enrolling in our courses, you automatically agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Comments Policy.

Do not dispute the payment directly with your bank or credit card issuer before contacting us. Otherwise, PMG Academy may block your access to new purchases until the refund request and dispute with the payment gateways are resolved. This block may last up to 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days.
In all cases, provided the refund request is made within the stipulated time and conditions, the full amount paid will be refunded as a credit through the Payment Gateway used for the purchase.
A full refund of the amount paid to PMG Academy will be made, minus any fees charged by the payment method.
For payments made via bank slip (boleto bancário), the fixed fee of R$ 1.00 charged by the payment gateway will not be refunded. For purchases made with a credit card, interest charges applied by the card operators will not be refunded.
If the customer used a promotional discount coupon and requests a refund within the stipulated refund period and conditions, the amount actually paid to PMG Academy will be refunded, not the total product price without the applied discount.
PMG Academy will refund the full amount paid within 7 (seven) days after the purchase, only if the student has watched less than 10% of the course lessons, has not downloaded the course materials, and has not issued the completion certificate.
After the refund request, access to the course will be immediately blocked.

PMG Academy will refund the full amount paid for online e-books, provided the request is made within 7 (seven) days after the purchase, considering the amount actually paid at the time of acquisition.
The exam institutes EXIN, ISACA, IT-Shaped, Axelos, APMG, and PeopleCert do not issue refunds after 7 (seven) days from purchase or if the exam voucher has already been used. Using the voucher means registering the exam date with the institute, submitting your details, or taking the exam.
PMG Academy does not issue refunds for exam fees, as it only acts as an intermediary in the sale and transfer of exam vouchers.
The student is required to perform the connection tests as instructed on the sales page before purchasing, thereby ensuring eligibility for a refund within the stipulated period and conditions.
All exams have a validity period. If this period is exceeded, the voucher will be canceled and its use will be blocked, with no right to a refund of the amount invested.
The institutes may change the validity period of exams due to updates or discontinuation. PMG Academy commits to notifying the student of these changes, and it is the student’s responsibility to comply with the new deadline, without the right to a refund.
Since the vouchers belong to the institutes, which are subject to international laws outside Brazil, refunds may not be granted under certain circumstances according to the rules of each institution.
Access to the product will be blocked immediately upon the customer’s refund request. PMG Academy reserves the right to block the student’s access to new purchases, as well as free use of site features such as forums, quizzes, article comments, social media discussions, and others.
Do not request a refund directly through dispute claims with Payment Gateways, banks, or credit card companies without first contacting us. Otherwise, PMG Academy may block your access to new purchases until the refund process is completed, as the Gateways may charge PMG Academy again even after refunding the customer.
Your account may remain blocked for up to 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days.
If a student makes a duplicate payment for the same product, they should contact us. PMG Academy will refund the excess amount paid after confirmation with the payment provider.
If the refund request is approved by PMG Academy, the refund will be processed within up to 5 (five) business days.
PMG Academy follows Paddle’s refund policy, which allows a 14-day period to request a refund after purchase. For purchases made through Paddle, the specific terms and conditions of that platform apply, which may differ from PMG Academy’s internal policies.
For payments made by credit card, the refund will be processed by the payment gateway itself, and the amount will appear as a credit on your next statement.
