The PeopleCert ITIL 4 Foundation exam is designed to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the ITIL 4 service management framework, as described in the qualification syllabus. The ITIL 4 Foundation qualification is a prerequisite for other higher-level qualifications in the ITIL 4 scheme, which assess the candidate’s ability to apply their understanding of the relevant parts in the context of the framework.

Upon completing the PMG Academy course, the student will receive a letter of attendance in PDF format, which serves as proof that they completed an official course and are therefore eligible to register for the exam offered by PeopleCert. Issuing this letter is an AXELOS requirement.

O conteúdo é extenso , muitas informações o que torna difícil assimilar e reter tudo. Minha sugestão é que crie uma empresa fictícia e utilize exemplos práticos o que seria mais fácil de assimilar. Mas é no geral muito bom e enriquecedor.
