This ITIL® 4 Foundation course is official, accredited, and endorsed by PeopleCert and AXELOS. It prepares you for the ITIL 4 Foundation professional certification and introduces service management aligned with modern IT capabilities.
In this way, it provides an understanding of the common language and key ITIL 4 Foundation concepts and shows how these capabilities can improve your work and your organization’s results. In addition, the qualification provides an understanding of the ITIL 4 service management framework and how it has evolved to embrace modern technologies and new ways of working.
ITIL 4 expands on previous versions, providing a practical and flexible foundation to support organizations on their journey into the world of digital transformation. Through an end-to-end IT and digital operating model for the delivery and operation of technology-enabled products and services, it enables IT teams to continue playing a crucial role in business strategy.
This course includes the PeopleCert exam in Portuguese. By AXELOS requirement, the course cannot be sold on its own. The Retake (retest) must be purchased after buying the course + exam. With the retake, you get a second chance if you do not pass. See our FAQ for more details:

The PeopleCert ITIL 4 Foundation exam is designed to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the ITIL 4 service management framework, as described in the qualification syllabus. The ITIL 4 Foundation qualification is a prerequisite for other higher-level qualifications in the ITIL 4 scheme, which assess the candidate’s ability to apply their understanding of the relevant parts in the context of the framework.
Upon completing the PMG Academy course, the student will receive a letter of attendance in PDF format, which serves as proof that they completed an official course and are therefore eligible to register for the exam offered by PeopleCert. Issuing this letter is an AXELOS requirement.
