About the course
This ITIL® 4 Foundation course is official, accredited, and endorsed by PeopleCert and AXELOS. It prepares you for the ITIL 4 Foundation professional certification and introduces service management aligned with modern IT capabilities.
In this way, it provides an understanding of the common language and key ITIL 4 Foundation concepts and shows how these capabilities can improve your work and your organization’s results. In addition, the qualification provides an understanding of the ITIL 4 service management framework and how it has evolved to embrace modern technologies and new ways of working.
ITIL 4 expands on previous versions, providing a practical and flexible foundation to support organizations on their journey into the world of digital transformation. Through an end-to-end IT and digital operating model for the delivery and operation of technology-enabled products and services, it enables IT teams to continue playing a crucial role in business strategy.
Upon completing the PMG Academy course, the student will receive a letter of attendance in PDF format, which serves as proof that they completed an official course and are therefore eligible to register for the exam offered by PeopleCert. Issuing this letter is an AXELOS requirement.
