ITIL is evolving

and you can follow this change from the very beginning!

PMG Academy, an official global partner of PeopleCert, closely monitors the evolution of ITIL® with official sources and is prepared to support the worldwide launch of ITIL (Version 5), translating these changes into the reality of companies and professionals.

PMG Academy also counts on Prof. Adriano Martins Antonio as the official translator (SME – Subject Matter Expert: a person with deep technical knowledge in ITIL 5) hired by PeopleCert.

ITIL (Version 5) emerges in response to digital landscape transformations, with greater integration between products and services, a focus on value generation, adaptation to agile environments, and an approach aligned with the use of automation and artificial intelligence.

ITIL 4 remains valid and recognized, and will continue to coexist with ITIL (Version 5) for an extended period. The new version represents an evolution, preserving existing investments in certifications, training, and organizational adoption.
